<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
I shared in my most recent <a href="http://chellesbeauty.blogspot.co.uk/2015/10/lush-haul.html">Lush haul</a> that I picked up Salt and Peppermint Bark - a body scrub packed full of salt, peppermint oil and cocoa butter. I love peppermint scented body products and I love body scrubs, so I was really excited to try this and finally got around to doing so.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/lush_salt_and_peppermint_bark_zpscyvxc81l.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/lush_salt_and_peppermint_bark_zpscyvxc81l.jpg" /> </a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Salt and Peppermint bark feels a little more oily to the touch but puts me in mind of <a href="http://chellesbeauty.blogspot.co.uk/2014/03/lush-haul-thoughts.html">Sugar Scrub</a>, which is another solid type scrub from Lush. Due to Sugar Scrub dissolving so easily when it touches water and reading to use Salt and Peppermint bark on damp, not wet, skin I was a little apprehensive it would dissolve and fall apart in the same way. I would definitely say you need to be careful with it, after using it on my arms and legs I could feel it starting to break up and it lost some of its shape but it seems to have dried okay and I'm hoping to get at least another 3-5 uses out of it. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
It feels really good on your skin and depending on how much pressure you use, you could get both a gentle or rough scrub (unlike Sugar Scrub which I found scratched my skin if I wasn't gentle enough). Since it's a bar you can rub it into an area of your skin and get a really good scrub with out the salt instantly dissolving, which is something I look for in a scrub; I hate when the gritty bits of whatever I'm using disappear before I have a chance to really exfoliate my skin. It smells refreshing and I love the mint scent. I know a product smells good when I find myself sniffing my arms after I'm out of the shower and dressed which is exactly what I did with this. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Would I buy it again? If it was cheaper.. At £5.95 I think it's too expensive for a product that may dissolve right in your hands during the first use if you aren' careful with it. I also only see myself getting a couple more uses ou of it which is a shame because I had high hopes for this scrub!</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Have you tried Salt and Peppermint bark?</div>

<a href="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/crazy_rumors_lip_balm_natural_zpshokfpkff.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/crazy_rumors_lip_balm_natural_zpshokfpkff.jpg" /> </a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
I am a lip balm hoarder and am always on the lookout for new ones to try. I've also been trying to add more natural products to my collection, so while in Holland and Barrett these balms by <a href="http://crazyrumors.com/">Crazy Rumors </a>caught my eye (well the gingerbread one did). After using it for a while and really liking it I decided to place an order on the website and pick up a few more.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/crazy_rumors_lip_balm_dark_natural1_zpsjxsrddgx.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/crazy_rumors_lip_balm_dark_natural1_zpsjxsrddgx.jpg" /> </a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
The balms remind me of Burt's Bees lip balms in that they have that thicker rich consistency. They all apply clear and contain shea butter which leaves your lips feeling moisturised and smooth. What really draws me to them though, is that not only do they come in an array of interesting scents/flavours but they are all vegan and 100% natural. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Crazy Rumors is an American based company so to enjoy the full range you'd need to place an order online which to the UK would leave you with a hefty postage fee ($23.95) but <a href="http://www.hollandandbarrett.com/search?query=crazy+rumours&isSearch=true#so=sort_topseller&totalNumRecs=5">Holland and Barrett</a> do carry around five different varieties at £3.50 each. The gingerbread one is perfect for this time of year!</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Have you tried any of the Crazy Rumors lip balms? </div>

<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-size: x-small;">L-R: OPI - Bright Lights Big Color / Essie - Dressed to Kilt / Loreal - Parisian Rooftops / Essie - Madison Ave-Hue </span></div>
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><br /><span style="font-size: small;">The weather is cooling down and with the clocks going back an hour this weekend, it finally feels like Autumn is here. I definitely am someone who wears which ever colour I want at any given time (regardless of season) but I do find myself reaching more for darker colours as Winter approaches the same way I reach for brighter ones in Summer. I'm not quite ready to go to my super dark polishes just yet, so thought I would share with you what I have been enjoying to wear as we transition into Winter.. </span></span><br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/fave_autumn_polishes_fall_opi_essie_loreal2_zps3mlmdfg7.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/fave_autumn_polishes_fall_opi_essie_loreal2_zps3mlmdfg7.jpg" /> </a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/fave_autumn_polishes_fall_opi_essie_loreal_swatches_zpsky2afa93.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/fave_autumn_polishes_fall_opi_essie_loreal_swatches_zpsky2afa93.jpg" /> </a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<b>Essie - Dressed to Kilt /</b> This is a little deeper than your average red, so I think it works really well for this time of year. I love wearing red on my nails but like all reds, this was a little unforgiving. Any chip or scuff was very noticeable!</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<b>Essie - Madison Ave-Hue /</b> I find the dustyness of this blue toned pink really tones the colour down, which makes me really enjoy it for this time of the year. It also has a silver shimmer which is very evident in the bottle but a little hard to spot on the nail.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<b>Loreal - Parisian Rooftops / </b>I have quite a few grey coloured polishes in my collection but this is definitely one of my favourties. I like how deep it is and that it is a little more blue toned than my others. It also lasted really well, didn't chip for days!</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<b>OPI - Bright Lights Big Color / </b>This is one of my absolute favourite polishes so really I try to make it work all year round.. Something about the gorgeous shimmery orange just seems very autumnal to me though. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
What have you been wearing on your nails recently? I'd love to know!</div>

<a href="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/lush_haul_winter_2015_zpsjvrefxwk.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/lush_haul_winter_2015_zpsjvrefxwk.jpg" /> </a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
With the release of both the Lush Halloween and Christmas collections along with the fact that some of their other newer products are slowly finding their way into general stores, I thought I would pop into my local shop and pick up a few goodies! </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/lush_salt_and_peppermint_bark_zpscyvxc81l.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/lush_salt_and_peppermint_bark_zpscyvxc81l.jpg" /> </a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
I forget where I first heard about this but I knew straight away that I had to try the <b>Salt and Peppermint Bark</b> scrub just from the name alone. I love peppermint scented body products and can't wait to try this.. I already see myself grabbing a couple more before they're gone!</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/lush_snowman_fun_santa_fun_zpsp0n6hnt1.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/lush_snowman_fun_santa_fun_zpsp0n6hnt1.jpg" /> </a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
I'm a big fan of Fun and last year really enjoyed using <b>Snowman</b> (top) which smells beautiful, so along with treating myself to another one of those I thought I would try a newer one too. They had 2 or 3 out which I don't believe they had last year and I decided to go with <b>Santa</b> (bottom). </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/lush_intergalactic_bathbomb_zpsmesaeypl.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/lush_intergalactic_bathbomb_zpsmesaeypl.jpg" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
I also picked up a couple of bathbombs which aren't part of the Halloween/Christmas collections, the first being <b>Intergalactic</b>. I had heard that Lush had released a minty bathbomb when they released all their new products earlier in the year and for some reason had it in my head it was 'Frozen'. To my disappointment Frozen smelt nothing like peppermint and after giving Intergalactic a sniff in store, I realised this was it. It smells amazing!</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/the_experimenter_bathbomb_zpsx2v20ovr.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/the_experimenter_bathbomb_zpsx2v20ovr.jpg" /> </a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Finally I got <b>The Experimenter</b> bathbomb. If I'm honest I only grabbed this one because it's pretty and it smelt good ;) </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
What have you been picking up from the Halloween and Christmas collections?</div>

<a href="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/shopping_my_stash_empties__zps173c8hyi.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/shopping_my_stash_empties__zps173c8hyi.jpg" /> </a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
I'm sure that just like me you all have a bunch of products which kind of just sit there waiting to be used right? I'm a self confessed lip balm junkie and over the past year or so I have made little collections of these things. In particular I seemed to have more lotions and lip balms than anything else, so I set a task for myself recently to use up some of my products before allowing myself to buy anything new. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<b>Lemony Flutter Cuticle Butter</b> / I cheated a bit here, I've included this even though I didn't finish it. The more I used this product, the more I realised I just wasn't a fan of it (way too oily for my liking) and I really don't like how it smells. It had been sitting in my stash for so long it had turned a really pale yellow colour and so I decided to just get rid of it. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<b>S&G No Clogs Allowed Face Mask </b>/ This is a self-heating face mask from Soap and Glory which I wasn't too crazy about either. I didn't see any improvements in my skin after using it and so I won't be repurchasing. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<b><br /></b></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<b>Dolce and Gabbana Light Blue lotion</b> / This is the hand lotion that corresponds to their Light Blue perfume and I absolutely love the smell as well as the way this lotion sinks into your skin. I did notice towards the end of the tube though that is has plenty of parabens listed in the ingredients, so as much as I love it, I'm not in any hurry to get another one (I'm slowly trying to cut down on the amount of products I use that contain parabens).</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<b><br /></b></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<b>Caudalie lip balms</b> / Whenever I visit France, I always pick up one of these lip balms because I just love them. They're under 4 euros each but feel like the most <span data-dobid="hdw">luxurious balm I have ever used. Although I'm trying to cut down my collection, I already have two more of these sitting in their place ;)</span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">

<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Hey! I recently have been trying out a bunch of the new(ish) Garnier Ultimate Blends* hair care range. I got the 'Sleek Restorer' set which is aimed at dry, fizzy hair but there are other a few other sets for different hair types. My set includes a shampoo, conditioner, hair oil and 1 minute treatment but I know some of the other sets include a dry shampoo too.</div>

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
My by far favourite product from the line is the shampoo. The cocoa butter scent (which runs throughout the line) smells absolutely amazing and I can't actually think of another product that I have recently used which has made my hair as soft and this does. I had high hopes for it since it aims to give you sleeker, softer hair but it completely surpassed my expectations. The conditioner is nice enough too, especially if you are someone who like to always use one but I find I get good enough results from the shampoo alone.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/garnier_ultimate_blends_sleek_restorer_1_minute_treatment_zps47ji5kfq.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/garnier_ultimate_blends_sleek_restorer_1_minute_treatment_zps47ji5kfq.jpg" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/garnier_ultimate_blends_sleek_restorer_1_minute_treatment_1_zpswmuxlncc.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/garnier_ultimate_blends_sleek_restorer_1_minute_treatment_1_zpswmuxlncc.jpg" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Next is the 1 minute treatment which is exactly what it says it is; put it on your hair, leave for 1 minute and then rinse. Honestly, I could do without this from the range. I don't feel it does anything more for my hair than the shampoo or conditioner does. My hair felt no softer or sleeker than when I use the shampoo alone and this just feels like an extra step when I'm in the shower.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/garnier_ultimate_blend_sleek_restore_oil_zpsbek4odeb.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/garnier_ultimate_blend_sleek_restore_oil_zpsbek4odeb.jpg" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/garnier_ultimate_blend_sleek_restore_oil_1_zps22zlwpxn.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/garnier_ultimate_blend_sleek_restore_oil_1_zps22zlwpxn.jpg" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Lastly is the hair oil. I'm usually pretty cautious with hair oils because I'm scared they will leave my hair looking greasy but I love that this is a multi-purpose product and also acts as protection against humidity and a heat protectant. I have used this a couple of times before I straighten my hair, using just a teeny amount each time and I did feel as though my hair stayed smoother and straighter longer than it normally would. It also shares the amazing cocoa butter scent. It also suggests using it as a pre-wash treatment which is what I plan do to next!</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
If you try anything from this ranger, I would definitely recommend the shampoo over anything else.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Have you tried anything from the Ultimate Blends range?</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">

<a href="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/tiu1_zpsuorpzpps.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/tiu1_zpsuorpzpps.jpg" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
I have decided to take part in the Tone It Up Bikini Series again this year and thought I would weekly review my experience with it this time around. If you're not sure what the Bikini Series is, pop over to the <a href="http://toneitup.com/">Tone It Up</a> website, have a little read and if you like, sign up and join in on it with me!</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/tiu8_zpsugqbno9f.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/tiu8_zpsugqbno9f.jpg" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
I'm not following the nutrition plan but I've still been stocking up on lots of fruits, veggies and greens to keep on track throughout the week. I'm pretty sure I would find it hard to stick to the plan - I'm not really keen on the idea of having each meal set out for me because I've never really planned my meals in advance in this way and tend to decide what I want to eat right before I make it. I'm also a very picky eater. I still plan to try some of the TIU recipes though and have started picking up random ingredients for them here and there. I've always been buying things I have never tried before like chia seeds, flaxseed and coconut oil..</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/tiu7_zpsx6s01nlm.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/tiu7_zpsx6s01nlm.jpg" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/tiu6_zpsrnfrqovz.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/tiu6_zpsrnfrqovz.jpg" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Although not on the 8 week nutrition plan, I have decided to try out one 'TIU approved' recipe each week. This first week's recipe was for the chocolate peanut butter cookies (click <a href="http://toneitup.com/2014/06/chocolate-peanut-butter-cookies/">here</a> for the recipe). These are made with just maple syrup (or honey), peanut butter, chocolate chunks, an egg, almond extract and baking powder. If they turned out well I thought they would be perfect for when I needed something sweet. My mixture was incredibly runny, not at all like what you'd expect a cookie dough texture to be so I didn't hold out much hope for them. I was surprised though because they turned out really well. I would never think to put almond extract in something like this but I love the little hint of almond it gives and they're just sweet enough, they're actually really very yummy!</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/tiu3_zpsvcm7irsy.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/tiu3_zpsvcm7irsy.jpg" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/tiu2_zps5t94nzjn.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/tiu2_zps5t94nzjn.jpg" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/tiu4_zpsvnotpeqt.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/tiu4_zpsvnotpeqt.jpg" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
What I love most about the TIU Bikini Series is the community. When I'm feeling a little less motivated to get up and work out or struggling to make healthy food choices, I just have to go over to Instagram, see everyone else doing it and it picks me right back up to stay on track. During this first week of the series I've managed to stick to what has been scheduled really well and have been really enjoying the workouts and I'm currently at 14 miles of my 100 by summer.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
If you are doing the Bikini Series this year too and post your check ins on Instagram, please follow me and let me know down below so that I can follow you back! I'd love to see how you've been doing. I'd also love to know how many miles you have ticked off so far?</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
I hope you have all had an amazing first week!</div>

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Happy Friday! I haven't done a Friday Favourites in quite some time even though there have been lots of products that I have been really loving lately, so I thought I would share a few of them today.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/the_body_shop_mango_body_scrub_zpsqbib4zic.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/the_body_shop_mango_body_scrub_zpsqbib4zic.jpg" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
I've been wanting to try out The Body Shop scrubs for the longest time now but they are particularly pricey (£13!) and I just haven't been able to justify spending the money. For my birthday last year though, my cousin gave me the mango gift set which included a body scrub along with a tub of mango body butter. This scrub has a pretty thick consistency (do they still sell them like this? Newer ones I have had are much runnier) and is full of lovely gritty, scrubby bits. I'm fussy when it comes to a scrub; I want it to stay gritty and not melt off into the water right away so I can really get a good scrub out of it and this one does just that. It has an almost artificial smell to me but it smells good none the less and although I really enjoyed using this but I still wouldn't fork out the full price. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/lush_big_shampoo_1_friday_favourites_zpskx7j5trh.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/lush_big_shampoo_1_friday_favourites_zpskx7j5trh.jpg" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
I can not believe I haven't already included this in a FF, I had to go back and check to make sure but it doesn't look like I have. I LOVE this stuff. I love how it smells, I love how it lathers and I love how it makes my hair feel. It's a bit pricey at £12.95 a tub but I just use it a couple times a week to really give my hair a deep clean and one tub lasts a decently long time. Does it make my hair 'big'? Eh, I don't really notice a big enough different to say that it does but as a general clarifying shampoo, it's amazing. The smell also transfers onto your hair really well and after I've used this, I just want to keep sniffing it! </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/friday_favourites_beauticology_marshmallow_frosting_body_butter_zpsxpog5ubh.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/friday_favourites_beauticology_marshmallow_frosting_body_butter_zpsxpog5ubh.jpg" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
I've recently started using a few of the products from the Baylis & Harding Beauticology range, including this Marshmallow Frosting body butter. It smells to me like cherry yoghurts which I actually quite like but what impressed me the most about this body butter was it's drying time. It dries on your skin super quickly and doesn't leave it feeling greasy at all. Some of their products are also paraben free which has drawn me to the brand even more (although, check before you buy as it seems not all of their products are!)</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/lush_haul_ultraviolet_zps7zbwt690.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/lush_haul_ultraviolet_zps7zbwt690.jpg" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Finally is Ultraviolet Bubblebar from Lush. I really like the colours of this one but the smell of this bubblebar is just amazing. The violet scent is really strong and I can't get enough of it. I've since bought a couple more of these because they are part of the Mother's Day collection so I know they won't be around for much longer! </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
What products have you been enjoying recently?</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
I hope you all have a lovely Easter!</div>

<a href="http://s1366.photobucket.com/user/chelle2788/media/garnier_neutrogena_pure_active_cleansing_lotion_toner_zps12a45743.jpg.html" target="_blank"><img alt=" photo garnier_neutrogena_pure_active_cleansing_lotion_toner_zps12a45743.jpg" border="0" src="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/garnier_neutrogena_pure_active_cleansing_lotion_toner_zps12a45743.jpg" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<div style="text-align: left;">
Whenever Boots have their 3 for 2 sale I tend to stock up on the products that I use the most; things like shampoo, face wash, face powder and toner etc so I don't ever really run out of those things. Recently though, I did run out of my favourite Neutrogena Toner and so I had to pick one up. I couldn't find my it but since I absolutely love the Garnier Pure Active face wash I decided to pick up the corresponding toner which claims to help your skin feel clean and purified as well as fade marks and fight spots.</div>
</div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
<a href="http://s1366.photobucket.com/user/chelle2788/media/garnier_pure_active_spot_purifying_toner_zps241bfb5e.jpg.html" target="_blank"><img alt=" photo garnier_pure_active_spot_purifying_toner_zps241bfb5e.jpg" border="0" src="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/garnier_pure_active_spot_purifying_toner_zps241bfb5e.jpg" /></a>
</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
I don't normally like to switch up a product once I have found one that I like and that I feel works well for me but I expected to really like this new toner. It smells really nice and I feel like it does what you would expect from a toner but it then leaves my face feeling <i>incredibly </i>oily and greasy for a very long time after I used it. My skin also looked oily which isn't something I want to be left with at all, especially right after I have cleaned my face! I decided I would try to finish the bottle as not to waste it but I just can't stand how it leaves my skin feeling and can't bring myself to use it again.<br />
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
<a href="http://s1366.photobucket.com/user/chelle2788/media/neutrogena_visibly_clear_spot_stress_control_toner_zpsc11041f6.jpg.html" target="_blank"><img alt=" photo neutrogena_visibly_clear_spot_stress_control_toner_zpsc11041f6.jpg" border="0" src="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/neutrogena_visibly_clear_spot_stress_control_toner_zpsc11041f6.jpg" /></a>
</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
So now I'm back to my favourite Neutrogena one which doesn't leave my skin feeling gross/oily but instead leaves it feeling refreshed and clean. On the nights I am feeling lazy, I sometimes use this to remove my makeup and on those occasions I like to use this twice to be sure I'm removing as much as I can but whenever I do, this toner burns. like. hell. Other than that though, this is and will remain my favourite!<br />
<br /></div>
Have you used this toner? Did you find the same problems with it that I did? What is your favourite toner to use?<br />
<br />

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
I've been a pretty big Made In Chelsea fan over the years and when I heard Binky had released her own range of make up products, I was pretty excited to try a few of them out. </div>

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<span style="font-size: x-small;">L-R: Pout / Bloom</span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
I chose two of the lipsticks in Pout and Bloom (although unfortunately, as you can see, Bloom is a little damaged) which are priced at £2.95* each. They're both soft, apply nicely and have a lot of pigmentation to them. Bloom has a little shimmer to it, so my favourite is definitely Pout; which is a more pinkish nude colour.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/binky_london_mascara_zpsxqnzwpr4.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/binky_london_mascara_zpsxqnzwpr4.jpg" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/mascara_binky_london_zpsbwlmykb2.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/mascara_binky_london_zpsbwlmykb2.jpg" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
I was really excited to try out the mascara (priced again at £2.95*). The wand comes with a big brush, fiber bristles and the mascara has a rather wet formula. I personally like very natural looking, fluttery eye lashes and this is absolutely perfect to get that effect. You need to work with it a bit to build it up if you like thicker lashes but I really liked how this left mine looking. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/bink_london_nail_polish_cobalt_purple_zpsh6b2mb6z.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/bink_london_nail_polish_cobalt_purple_zpsh6b2mb6z.jpg" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/binky_london_nail_polish_cobalt_zpsdbuiurjr.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/binky_london_nail_polish_cobalt_zpsdbuiurjr.jpg" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
I also got two polishes in Cobalt and Purple. They are again £2.95* (although not everything in the Binky range is this price) and come with the wide brushes which I tend to really like on polish applicators. They are a pretty thick formula and both of these polishes are super opaque and I was really impressed with how they applied. Cobalt is an absolutely gorgeous bright pop of blue on your nails and will be perfect for summer! I'd be interested in trying out some other polishes in the range to see if they are all as good as these two.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
The range is super affordable and I was really impressed with the packaging, which puts me in mind of the Rimmel London packaging and Models Own polish bottles. I love that she has also included the little flag too!</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Have you tried anything from Binky London? </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
You can check out more of the range on the <a href="http://www.binkylondon.com/">Binky London website</a>.</div>

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/shampoo_bars_lush_solid_new_lullaby_squeakygreen_zps5276d039.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/shampoo_bars_lush_solid_new_lullaby_squeakygreen_zps5276d039.jpg" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
A shampoo bar was one of the first items I ever bought from Lush (Seanik I believe). At the time I wasn't really too fussed by it but I recently decided to try the bars again and now I have a little collection of three!</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/lush_shampoo_bar_new_zpsaafd3bad.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/lush_shampoo_bar_new_zpsaafd3bad.jpg" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<b>New</b> - This cinnamon and clove scented bar (which is what drew me to it - it smells amazing) aims to promote healthy hair by stimulating your scalp and boosting blood flow to the hair follicle. It lathers up really nicely and my hair always feels clean after I've used it. Unfortunately though, the smell doesn't linger for very long in my hair which I wish it did.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/lush_squeakygreen_shampoo_bar_zps25769161.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/lush_squeakygreen_shampoo_bar_zps25769161.jpg" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<b>Squeaky Green</b> - With more of a herbal scent to it this one contains 'invigorating' cleansing herbs and essential oils to again stimulate your scalp and promote hair growth. I find the dried herbs in this one, that you can see in the picture, really snag and pull on my hair when I'm using it which is a bit annoying. I'm hoping they might soften over time/use.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/lush_lullaby_shampoo_bar_zps58602f04.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/lush_lullaby_shampoo_bar_zps58602f04.jpg" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<b>Lullaby </b>- This one has a really strong lavender scent, which I love but it again doesn't seem to transfer onto my hair. I really wish they did because these bars all have lovely scents. Lullaby also lathers nicely and it seemed to rinse out of my hair much easier than the other two.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<span style="text-align: center;">You can use the bars by rubbing them in your hands first or just straight onto wet hair, which is what I do. Lush claim that they should last between 60-80 washes. I have found that after quite a few uses they haven't really changed much in size but I haven't completely finished one yet so I can't really comment on that! I don't really see much difference between the three (besides smell of course) and I don't feel they give my hair the same softness that a regular shampoo does but </span><span style="text-align: center;">I do really like them. </span><br />
<span style="text-align: center;"><br /></span>
<span style="text-align: center;">Have you tried any of the Lush shampoo bars?</span><br />

<a href="http://s1366.photobucket.com/user/chelle2788/media/battle_dry_shampoo_herbal_essences_batiste_aussie_zpsb4680893.jpg.html" target="_blank"><img alt=" photo battle_dry_shampoo_herbal_essences_batiste_aussie_zpsb4680893.jpg" border="0" src="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/battle_dry_shampoo_herbal_essences_batiste_aussie_zpsb4680893.jpg" /></a><br />
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
I'm not the biggest user of dry shampoo but on the days that I'm due to wash my hair and decide to pop out somewhere, it becomes a life saver.</div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<a href="http://s1366.photobucket.com/user/chelle2788/media/herbal_essences_dry_naked_shampoo_zpsbd84c1a1.jpg.html" target="_blank"><img alt=" photo herbal_essences_dry_naked_shampoo_zpsbd84c1a1.jpg" border="0" src="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/herbal_essences_dry_naked_shampoo_zpsbd84c1a1.jpg" /></a><br />
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
I was so excited to try the Herbal Essences Naked 0% range when it first came out and the dry shampoo was one of the items I picked up. This one has an ok smell (I neither love or hate it) but I do love that this dry shampoo doesn't leave any kind of white power in your hair but that is all I love about it. It just doesn't seem to do anything; my hair didn't feel or look cleaner. It felt knotty and to be honest, I wish I had just left my hair how it was before. </div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<a href="http://s1366.photobucket.com/user/chelle2788/media/batiste_floral_blush_dry_shampoo_zpsf62efc28.jpg.html" target="_blank"><img alt=" photo batiste_floral_blush_dry_shampoo_zpsf62efc28.jpg" border="0" src="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/batiste_floral_blush_dry_shampoo_zpsf62efc28.jpg" /></a><br />
<br />
<div style="text-align: left;">
I've been using Batiste for years now and while it does leave the white power in your hair (which I find usually just rubs in pretty well) it does what you want it to do. I'm not crazy about the smell of any of the Batiste dry shampoos but it really is one of the best at absorbing the oils in your hair and making it look cleaner!</div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<a href="http://s1366.photobucket.com/user/chelle2788/media/aussie_miracle_dry_shampoo_zps21db90dc.jpg.html" target="_blank"><img alt=" photo aussie_miracle_dry_shampoo_zps21db90dc.jpg" border="0" src="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/aussie_miracle_dry_shampoo_zps21db90dc.jpg" /></a><br />
<br />
<div style="text-align: left;">
This Aussie dry shampoo is the best smelling out of the three and like the Herbal Essences one doesn't leave much white residue behind in your hair and it makes your hair feel cleaner and fresh. I still prefer the Batiste dry shampoo over this one because I feel it works slightly better but this is definitely close second!</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
What are you favourite dry shampoos?</div>

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/sally_hansen_no_more_mistakes_pen_zpsc1895e67.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/sally_hansen_no_more_mistakes_pen_zpsc1895e67.jpg" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Even after years of practice I can still be pretty useless at painting my nails neatly so when I saw this Sally Hansen Manicure Clean Up Pen I thought it would be perfect for me. It works by just erasing the polish where ever you rub it and comes with two extra tips. So, after I have painted my nails I grabbed it to clean them up and.. Nothing. Id did absolutely nothing because it was completely dried out. The package was sealed and the pen was shut so I have no idea what happened. I even tried dipping the tips into nail polish remover but it didn't work.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
I thought I would make this post so that if you were thinking of buying this, to tell you to be aware that it might be dried out like mine was. It's a huge shame because I feel like if this worked, it could have been a very useful tool to have to help painting my nails easier.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
What do you use to clean up yours nails? If you use a brush I would love to know which one you use because I can't seem to find one that I like to use for this purpose!</div>

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<center style="text-align: left;">
Hey you lovely lot! Today's Scrub is yet another Soap and Glory one (I just love them) in the form of Breakfast Scrub. If you've used this before or even if you've just taken a sniff of it in store then you know it's maple scent smells <i>amazing</i>. Really amazing. Like you want to eat it amazing. </center>
<center style="text-align: left;">
<br /></center>
<center style="text-align: left;">
It's a nice gritty scrub that doesn't dissolve and disappear in the water quickly because it's so super thick. It leaves your skin nicely buffed and feeling smooth. I know it's way too think to come in a tube but I still wish it did - I'm just not a fan of scrubs that come in a tub like this.</center>
<center style="text-align: left;">
<br /></center>
<center style="text-align: left;">
</center>
<center style="text-align: left;">
At £8 it's at the same price point as most of Soap and Glory's Scrubs which to me always feels like a bit of a splurge but for the most part, they are nearly always worth it (this one included) and I will repurchase them over and over again!</center>
<center style="text-align: left;">
<br /></center>
<center style="text-align: left;">
</center>
<center style="text-align: left;">
Have you used Breakfast Scrub? Did you like it as much as I do?</center>

<a href="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/Lush_valentines_day_haul_prince_charming_unicorn_horn_zps7aa38425.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/Lush_valentines_day_haul_prince_charming_unicorn_horn_zps7aa38425.jpg" /></a></div>
<br />
I couldn't resist but pop into Lush and pick up a few of the products from their Valentine's Day collection that was released last week.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/lush_valentines_day_floating_flower_heart_throb_lonely_hearts_unicorn_horn_zpsde133f9c.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/lush_valentines_day_floating_flower_heart_throb_lonely_hearts_unicorn_horn_zpsde133f9c.jpg" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<span style="font-size: x-small;">Lonely Heart Bubblebar / Unicorn Horn Bubblebar / </span><span style="font-size: x-small;">Floating Flower Bathbomb / Heart Throb Bubblebar</span></div>
<br />
To be honest bubblebars aren't my favourite thing that Lush sell, so I was a bit disappointed that it seemed like this release had more bubblebars than anything else but as you can see, that didn't stop me from getting a few of them to try.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/lush_prince_charming_shower_gel_zps87587f3a.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/lush_prince_charming_shower_gel_zps87587f3a.jpg" /></a></div>
<br />
The only thing that I have used so far is the Prince Charming shower gel. To me it smells like Turkish Delight (the sweet, not the Lush body lotion), so I expected to see rose in the scent description but it isn't. The scent is described as grapefruit, sandalwood and geranium oils. Hmm. The shower gel itself is a lovely thick consistency that lathers up really nicely and you only need a tiny amount. I'm just not sure how much I like the smell..<br />
<br />
Have you bought anything from the Valentine's Day collection?

<a href="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/fridayfavourites_rimmel_pacifica_lush_realtechniques_zps8e9b7b98.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/fridayfavourites_rimmel_pacifica_lush_realtechniques_zps8e9b7b98.jpg" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Hey guys! Just super quick favourties from me this week since I haven't done one in while! </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
First up is the <i>Rimmel Stay Matte powder</i>. I've been using this powder for years (around twelve to be exact!) and have never felt the need to switch or even try anything else. It's light, it sets my foundation well and it's affordable. This one is always a favourite.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/fridayfavourites_realtechniques_pacifica_lush_zps565c571f.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/fridayfavourites_realtechniques_pacifica_lush_zps565c571f.jpg" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Linking nicely from the powder is the<i> Real Techniques Powder Brush</i> - this brush is around £12.99, so not the cheapest but it picks the powder up well and I find it's the perfect size to apply the powder to my face.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Next is the<i> Lush Bubblegum Lip Scrub</i>. If I'm honest, I bought this because the scent reminded me of Snow Fairy but it sat in my drawer for ages and ages without me using it. I recently dug it out again and I've been using it frequently. Does it do anything? Who knows really but it smells amazing and does feel good on the lips, so I can call it a favourite, right? ;)</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Lastly is the <i>Pacifica Tuscan Blood Orange perfume</i> - I got mine from America but I have seen the odd one sitting in random places in Tesco, although I've never actually seen a spot for them on the shelves. Anyway, when first applied this has an odd scent but once it's had a few minutes to sit on your skin it has a beautiful citrus-y/sweet scent which isn't something I would typically go for but I really like this. I just which it wasn't in a roller-ball form because I find that a paint to apply. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
What have been your favourites recently? </div>

<a href="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/fannys1_zpse658d639.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/fannys1_zpse658d639.jpg" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
I had heard about the 'treehouse' at Fanny's Farm Shop (where you can enjoy cream teas) quite some time ago and we tried to make a booking last year for my birthday but it's a popular place and only takes 4 bookings per day, so needless to say it was fully booked. Towards the end of last year we decided to try again and managed to get a booking for two weeks later (3rd of Jan). Before visiting I had read on <a href="http://www.tripadvisor.co.uk/Attraction_Review-g2085522-d626526-Reviews-Fanny_s_Farm_Shop-Merstham_Surrey_England.html">Trip Advisor</a> about how rude both Fanny and her daughter are to customers, so to be honest I was a little apprehensive but was looking forward to cream teas in the treehouse.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
My mum thought from the outside that the treehouse was a little dated (something a lot of people seem to think in their reviews too) but I thought it was cute and couldn't wait to get inside! </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/fannys2_zpsc2f58471.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/fannys2_zpsc2f58471.jpg" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/fannys10_zps4ce251a0.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/fannys10_zps4ce251a0.jpg" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/fannys4_zps3aec1982.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/fannys4_zps3aec1982.jpg" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
By the time we got seated inside it was now dark out and the treehouse was lit with just candles and fairy lights which gave it a cosy & warm glow and it heated with a heater at the back. I'm not sure if this is how they always light the treehouse or if it was just decorated this way for Christmas and in the summer time I'm sure they don't use any lighting at all but this really added to the atmosphere of the place. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
It was a rainy day and all over the table were little pots catching the raindrops which were coming in through the roof and many areas of the floor were very wet. At first I thought it might get annoying, to be dripped on or have drips on your food but it again just seemed to add to the experience and the drips weren't really bothersome. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/fannys8_zps4da0906b.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/fannys8_zps4da0906b.jpg" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
I absolutely loved that they had left so many of the tree stumps jutting through the room and even through the table. Fanny's website suggest the treehouse can hold up to 10 people but given the size and the tree stumps, we don't really see how this would work (unless you can find a way to talk through the stumps). We were a party of 5 and felt you could really only fit 2 more people.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/fannys3_zpsc7eea5af.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/fannys3_zpsc7eea5af.jpg" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
We ordered a couple of cream teas - 2 scones, jam, cream and a selection of fruit. Cheese scones - 2 cheese scones, cucumber, carrots, cream cheese and some kind of garlic butter & one mixed option which consisted of 1 scone and 1 piece of cake, of your choice, from the selection they had in the shop. All were served with a hot drink with the coffee option getting a free refill.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
The scones and extras were all absolutely delicious and there were plenty to go around between the 5 of us. The only bad thing I can say about the food/drink was that our teas and coffee weren't hot enough.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/fannys9_zpsfb94541e.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/fannys9_zpsfb94541e.jpg" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/fannys6_zps3fb58d37.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/fannys6_zps3fb58d37.jpg" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/fannys7_zpsff29217c.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/fannys7_zpsff29217c.jpg" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
There were extra candles, torches, cups and blankets set out ready for you to use if you needed them or were feeling a bit chilly and a note explaining to let a member of staff know if you needed anything extra via the pulley system just outside the door!</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/fannys12_zpsac4d90cd.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/fannys12_zpsac4d90cd.jpg" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/fannys11_zps41c00ab4.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/fannys11_zps41c00ab4.jpg" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/fannys_zpsa8dcd002.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/fannys_zpsa8dcd002.jpg" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
As for the shop, I wasn't that impressed but then it wasn't really anything I was interested in. If you have a taste for jams, chutneys or pickles though then it's worth a visit for that alone; they had every kind you could ever think of!</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Overall, the whole experience was very unique and different to anything I have ever done before. The food was delicious and we didn't want to leave. We plan on going back in the summer to try it again during the day time and just for another a little treat!</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<b>A couple of other things to mention</b></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<span class="">- The treehouse is located within Fanny's Farm Shop in Merstham, Surrey</span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
- Booking is required</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
- Adult to child ratio in the treehouse is 1:1, something they are pretty strict on for insurance purposes so keep that in mine if you're taking children</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
- You have to order which option you want before hand and prices range from £8-£16 (ours were £12 each)</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
- They offer a breakfast option with croissants during the morning booking slot and a ploughmans at lunch time</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
- No more than 10 people and everyone visiting must order from the menu</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
- They also have a 'Pudding Room' which is open for hire or you can have cream teas just in the little cafe area they have set up within the shop if you don't want to book the treehouse</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<span style="text-align: start;">In theory, I really like the idea of Fun - the 4 in 1 product can be used as either a soap, bubble bar, body wash or just for fun to play with which makes it a great product for kids but in reality it just doesn't always work out..</span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<span style="text-align: start;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/lush_snowman_fun_zps8ef670b9.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/lush_snowman_fun_zps8ef670b9.jpg" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/fun_green_lush_citrus_zps5c17c4ca.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/fun_green_lush_citrus_zps5c17c4ca.jpg" /></a></div>
<div>
<br />
<div>
My first use of Fun was the green citrus version which smells great but when I walked back into the bathroom after having used it a while before, I found it had completely melted and had just left a green streak running down my sink. I then couldn't resist the Snowman Fun, a cute and festive black, orange and white version of Fun which was part of Lush's Christmas collection. I went to use it a week or so after purchasing it to find that it had again melted into a soft, gooey mess in its wrapper. I emailed Lush and they offered to rectify the problems by sending me some other products of my choice but it seems like Fun just can't stand up to any kind of heat and melts way too easily which is a shame..<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/lush_green_fun_citrus_zps163283bf.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/lush_green_fun_citrus_zps163283bf.jpg" /></a></div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/lush_snowman_fun_kit_soap_zpsfeb1e789.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/lush_snowman_fun_kit_soap_zpsfeb1e789.jpg" /></a></div>
<br /></div>
<div>
As you can see from the photo above, Snowman Fun is a pretty intense soap on your skin and turns your bathwater <i>completely</i> black. It left my hands a little stained but otherwise washed off fine although your bath/shower will definitely need a good rinsing out when you're done!</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
On a much better note, Fun is actually a really nice product to use (when you get to use the parts that haven't melted). It feels nice on your skin, they (Green and Snowman) both smell <i>really</i> good and it lathers up really nicely. It's also easier to use than your normal soaps as it moulds to your hands making you way less likely to drop it! If I wasn't worried about losing the £5 that Fun costs each time with it melting, I would definitely keep repurchase it over and over again...</div>
</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
Have you used Fun? Did you have any trouble with it melting?<br />
<span style="font-size: large;">Happy New Year!</span><br />

<a href="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/boxin_day_haul_main_zpsebf68ae2.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/boxin_day_haul_main_zpsebf68ae2.jpg" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Did you do any Boxing Day sale shopping? I don't usually venture out into that madness but I was really hoping to pick up a few things from the Lush 50% off sale and after the website meltdown that happened my sister, mum and I decided to take a little trip into Wimbledon so that we could go into the store instead and have a look around a few shops while we were there. I was a little disappointed that a lot of what was on sale on the Lush website wasn't also on sale in the store but I managed to pick up a few things still.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/boxing_day_haul_2014_zps8d2a5fc2.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/boxing_day_haul_2014_zps8d2a5fc2.jpg" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/2014_boxing_day_haul_zpsb34f5dee.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/2014_boxing_day_haul_zpsb34f5dee.jpg" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Starting with Lush, who had a 50% off sale on their Christmas stuff (and more on the website) I picked up a few bath bombs (Northern Lights, So white, Luxury Pud & Shoot for the Stars) but now thinking on it, I wish I had picked up more! I also picked up the smaller bottle of Happy Happy Joy Joy conditioner. I wanted a few Sugar Scrubs and the Squeaky Clean shampoo bar but those weren't on sale in store.. I will grab them another time. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/Boxind_Day_Haul_zpscce2f377.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/Boxind_Day_Haul_zpscce2f377.jpg" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
We popped into Next and I found this simple grey jumper for only £7 down from £18 and then in Boots I picked up a No7 polish in 'Moon Shimmer' which wasn't on sale but I had a £3 off voucher so only paid £4</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/2014__boxing_day_sale_2014_zpse81bb80e.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/2014__boxing_day_sale_2014_zpse81bb80e.jpg" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Finally I grabbed one of the No7 Illuminated Make-up Mirrors which I have been wanting for a while now but never actually got. It was £19.99 down from £49.99 but are they ever actually sold for £49.99?!</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
So, as you can see I didn't get too much but I was really pleased with what I did get and was glad I managed to make it to the Lush sale since the site was down until early in the evening. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
I'd love to hear what you picked up if you've been to the sales!</div>

Hey guys! I hope you all had an amazing Christmas, got to spend some time with your loved ones and ate lots of yummy food! I thought I would get on here quickly and share with you what I was lucky enough to be given this year for Christmas. I apologise now that these aren't the best photos; the last couple of days have been crazy busy and I had already lost the sunlight for the day but I hope you get the gist of what I'm trying to show you!</div>

<a href="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/christmas_notd_essie_jag_u_are_maybelline_knitted_gold_zps8870f2a3.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/christmas_notd_essie_jag_u_are_maybelline_knitted_gold_zps8870f2a3.jpg" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
I thought, since there are now only 6 days until Christmas, that it was time to do something a little more festive. I've been really enjoying scrolling through Instagram looking at all the amazing Christmas nail art but unfortunately I don't have the patience or skill to create anything like that so I just went with the more simple option.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/notd_essie_jag_u_are_maybelline_knitted_gold_zps15ad863a.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/notd_essie_jag_u_are_maybelline_knitted_gold_zps15ad863a.jpg" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
To me Essie's Jag-U-Are screams Christmas with its red shimmer and I decided to add some sparkle with Maybelline's Kntted Gold which is a chunky glitter. Essie polishes are always great but I do find that reds always seem to chip quicker than other colours and this is no exception. As for Knitted Gold, it took me three coats to get it as opaque as I wanted it but it's pretty vibrant gold which catches the light beautifully.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
How are you showing your festive side on your nails? </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<span style="font-size: large;">Merry Christmas! </span></div>

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/mango_boots_extracts_sugar_scrub_zps3deb108b.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/mango_boots_extracts_sugar_scrub_zps3deb108b.jpg" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Ugh! Today's scrub is the Mango Sugar Scrub from Boots and to put it in simple terms: I do not like it at all. It smells good, really good actually with it's sweet mango scent and it's a fun bright yellow colour but not only does it fail on the scrubby-ness factor (very gentle) but it left my skin feeling <i>disgusting</i>. I used this on my arms and legs and when I got out the bath and got dressed my skin felt like I had rubbed butter or vaseline all over it. It felt like an oily sticky mess, I almost got back into the bath again to try and wash it off. It also left my bath looking really grubby. Usually, no matter what products I've used, my quick once over of the bath is enough to keep it looking clean between actual cleans but this stuff just wouldn't come off. On top of that, other products I had used stuck to wherever it was and just ended up looking a huge mess. The scrub is incredibly thick, if you run you fingers over it to feel the texture, it doesn't even leave any kind of dent.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
At £8, it's not exactly a cheap scrub either. I've used this only once and the only reason I will use it again, if at all, will be to try and use it up to not waste it. Have you used this scrub? I'd love to know what you thought about it..</div>

<a href="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/lush_christmas_halloween_2014_zps7e425b6e.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/lush_christmas_halloween_2014_zps7e425b6e.jpg" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
To say I wasn't excited about the Lush Halloween/Christmas releases would be a lie and a pretty big one at that. I have been SO excited and I'm not really sure why. So of course I went into my local Lush the day they were released to pick up the few things I knew I definitely wanted, I then made an order online for some of the items I wish I had picked up but didn't and I then went <i>back</i> into the store this week to get yet more (and would like to point out that I still would like to get the Halloween Pumpkin bubblebar, Lord of Misrule bathbomb and Snow Angel bath melt, eek).</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Anyway, I thought I would share what I got!</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/lush_christmas_2014_candy_pud_snowcake_cinders_goldenwonder_alaska_snowman_zps6ca04341.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/lush_christmas_2014_candy_pud_snowcake_cinders_goldenwonder_alaska_snowman_zps6ca04341.jpg" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<i>Top L-R: </i>Dashing Santa bath bomb, Luxury Lush Pud bath bomb, Baked Alaska soap, Candy Mountain bubble bar</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<i>Bottom L-R:</i> Melting Snowman bath melt, Snowcake soap, Cinders bath bomb, Golden Wonder bath bomb</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/lush_christmas_2014_snowman_fun_so_white_bathbomb_zps2c7b5a49.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/lush_christmas_2014_snowman_fun_so_white_bathbomb_zps2c7b5a49.jpg" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I couldn't resist the Snowman fun and on my second trip back into store, decided to grab one of the Snow White bath bombs.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/lush_hot_toddy_so_white_snow_fairy_shower_gel_zpsb5400fe2.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/lush_hot_toddy_so_white_snow_fairy_shower_gel_zpsb5400fe2.jpg" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I made the mistake last year of only buying the smaller bottle of Snow Fairy, so I had to get the bigger bottle this time around. I did get the smaller bottles of both So White and Hot Toddy though since I haven't used them before..</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/lush_father_christmas_bathbomb_zps4eca3d9f.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/lush_father_christmas_bathbomb_zps4eca3d9f.jpg" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Speaking of Snow Fairy, I picked up one of the Father Christmas bath bombs since that along with Candy Mountain all have the same scent!</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/lush_halloween_2014_northern_lights_wizard_bathbomb_bubblebar_zps53d9b90c.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/lush_halloween_2014_northern_lights_wizard_bathbomb_bubblebar_zps53d9b90c.jpg" /></a></div>

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
As for the Halloween collection I only picked up two things; Northern Lights bath bomb and the Wizard bubble bar. I ordered Northern Lights online and as you can see, it arrived broken which is a shame..</div>

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
So that was my little haul of the Lush Halloween/Christmas goodies. </div>

Have you picked anything up?</div>

</div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/pulpfriction_bodyscrub_soapandglory_zps965ac576.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/pulpfriction_bodyscrub_soapandglory_zps965ac576.jpg" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both;">
I seem to be slowly working my way through all the Soap and Glory scrubs, deciding which ones I like and which ones I'm not too keen on. Today's is Pulp Friction, which is described as a 'foamy fruity body scrub'.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/scrub_series_soapandglory_pulp_friction_zps28f1f3b7.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/scrub_series_soapandglory_pulp_friction_zps28f1f3b7.jpg" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
As far as the scrub goes, I really like it. It's sand like texture is really gritty but not too abrasive or harsh, it feels good on your skin and it lathers up really nicely, almost enough to act as a scrub and wash 2-in-1 product. I actually rate this as one of my favourite scrubs I have come across so far. What gets me is the smell, I think I may be getting used to it now but at first I really didn't like it. This may seem harsh but it reminds me of the way that the soap you get in public bathrooms smell. My tube has the new 'Fruitigo Fragrance' to it, so I would have been interested to see what this smelt like before, I assume, they changed it over. Peppermint oil is listed as one of the ingredients (which I would never have guessed had I not read it on the front) and I so wish that it one of a the more dominant scents because then I would absolutely love this scrub! </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
One thing that I can never get my head around with S&G are all the funky terms they use for their ingredients that they list on their products - 'lemonade tree liquid' <i>WHAT? </i></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<i><br /></i></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Anyway.. Have you tried Pulp Friction? Do you like it as much as I do? What about the smell? I'd love to know what you think about it!</div>

<a href="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/dead_sea_spa_magik_bath_salts_zps268b68ef.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/dead_sea_spa_magik_bath_salts_zps268b68ef.jpg" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Since I have started to work out more often recently, I inevitably seem to have constantly sore muscles in some part of my body or the other and particularly, sore knees. So I decided I would try Epsom Salts because I know they are meant to be good for sore muscles and joints and thought maybe this would help with the soreness I feel after I work out. My problem was that I wasn't sure where to actually get any Epsom Salts but then between deciding I wanted some and actually researching where I could pick some up, I was in Debenhams and just happened spot these bath salts from Dead Sea Spa Magik.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/1_dead_sea_spa_magik_bath_salts_zps5fc984a5.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/1_dead_sea_spa_magik_bath_salts_zps5fc984a5.jpg" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Dead Sea Spa Magik is a brand that I have used once before and liked, so I decided to try their version instead. I bought the 1kg bag for £5.50 which I didn't think was too pricey but there was also a smaller bag for £3.50 if you'd be more interested in that. As you can see above, you literally just sprinkle a handful of the salts into your bath and soak depending on exactly what you're using the salts for. I am a little confused about the amount you should use for aching joints and muscles though.. I've just been adding a couple of handfuls to my bath while its running but I have no idea if that is right. I was a bit worried that the salts would all be at the bottom of my bath and be annoying but by the time the bath has finished running and you get in, all the salts are dissolved and I didn't feel any. I was hoping the salts would be scented but they literally just smell like salt, although you can't smell them at all once they're in your bath water.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/1_dead_sea_spa_magik_bath_salts_zps18aaf2fe.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://i1366.photobucket.com/albums/r775/chelle2788/1_dead_sea_spa_magik_bath_salts_zps18aaf2fe.jpg" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
I find that this is the type of product where it's hard to tell how effective it actually is because I have no way of knowing how achy I would or wouldn't have been had I not used the salts. I haven't noticed much difference though (although, who knows if two handfuls is actually the amount I should be using?) in how much I ache after a work out but I have found that these salts leave my skin feeling <i>incredibly</i> soft and smooth which is a nice result all on its own.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Have you tried these bath salts? What did you think? They have sparked my interest into the Dead Sea Spa Magik brand! You can also buy their products in Holland and Barrett. </div>
